Why do I have to Pay at time of Booking Appointment?Because we value your time! But we also value our time. Once payment is received, we confirm appointment details and block off the time slot to provide you with excellent top-notch service. We understand that life happens if for any unforeseen circumstances you cannot make it to your appointment, we will gladly reschedule your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a $50.00 fee.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your services?Yes, we stand by the quality of our services. We will do a walk around with you at drop off to address any concerns. We will do a walk around with you after service is completed to make sure you are fully satisfied with the end result. If you experience any issues with our work within the warranty period with any of our services that come with a written warranty, please contact us, and we will address your concerns.

How long will the service take?The duration of our services depends on the type and extent of the work required. For Example: Detailing Services: Approximately 1.5 hours - 8 hours. Paint Correction: Approximately 4 hours - 2 days. Ceramic Coating: Approximately 8 hours 3 days. Window Tinting: Approximately 1.5 hours - 8 hours. We will provide you with an estimated time frame when you schedule your appointment. Once the vehicle is inspected at the time of drop off, we will provide you with a more accurate estimated time frame.

What should I do to prepare my vehicle for service?Please ensure that your vehicle is free of personal items before bringing it in for service. For specific services, we may provide additional instructions, such as removing certain accessories for the cleaning of the interior. If you have any questions about preparing your vehicle, please contact us.

Do you offer mobile detailing services?Yes, we do offer mobile detailing services. However we do have two vehicles minimum. Therefore we prefer to perform most of our services at our facility. For Aircraft Detail we service the Central Valley, Bay Area & Northern California.
